Our annual faction carnival is tomorrow. Parents will have seen the schedule, which was made available via ClassDojo earlier this week. Students are asked to wear their faction shirts (plain coloured t-shirt without logos) and school shorts, skorts or skirts. Students must have their school hats and sneakers. The P & C have organised a coffee van that will be in attendance from 8.30am. There will also be the traditional bake sale, so we ask for donations of sweet or savoury items (with ingredients listed and no nuts) to be dropped off at the start of the day to the table set up. The bake sale will be cash and EFTPOS. If you are able to assist in the stall on the day, please reach out to pandcnorandaprimary@gmail.com. Students’ Subway orders will be delivered to them in their faction bays for Year 1-6 and classrooms for Kindy and Pre-primary. The current Year 5 students will be running a raffle throughout the day and the draw will be done before the presentations.
Parents are reminded to please not enter the student bays throughout the day. Students will come over to the parent area at recess and lunchtime, which are the only breaks of the day. Parents are able to take photos of students after their races on the dias, and are asked to respect the space and not interfere with running of events at the finish line.
